Who is Wistorix for?
Wistorix suits individuals, freelancers, small teams and businesses on Google Drive or Google Workspace, anyone with lots of files who needs to know what they share and with whom.
How does Wistorix work?
Add the extension to Chrome, sign in with your Google account and allow Wistorix to read your file list. Wistorix scans your whole Drive, sorts files by status (public, empty, duplicate, rarely used, orphaned) and shows them in a table so you can act on one file or many.
Does Wistorix read my file contents?
No. Wistorix only reads file metadata through the Google Drive API: file name, size, owner, sharing settings and last modified time. File contents are never downloaded or stored on our servers.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Wistorix shows a recommendation for every file: revoke, handle or keep. You just read and click, no digging through Google Drive's sharing settings.
How long does a scan take?
It depends on how many files you have. For a typical personal account the first scan takes a few minutes; later scans are faster because Wistorix only checks what changed.
