1. Information Wistorix accesses

Wistorix accesses the metadata of files in your Google Drive: file name, size, file type and folder structure. The extension also uses file IDs and hash values to detect duplicates, plus basic account information for authentication.

2. How Wistorix uses data

Data is used for four purposes: analyzing storage, detecting large or duplicate files, creating statistical reports and helping you manage Google Drive more effectively.

Data only serves the extension's core features and is never used for advertising or user profiling.

3. Data processing and storage

Wistorix does not store, transmit or keep copies of your files on external servers. Scan results are written directly to a Google Spreadsheet in your own Drive.

All connections to Google APIs use encrypted HTTPS.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, trade or share your Drive data with third parties.

5. Retention and your rights

You are in full control of your data: you can delete the results spreadsheet or revoke Wistorix's access at any time on your Google Account page. Once revoked, the extension can no longer access your Drive.

6. Security

Wistorix uses Google's official authentication system (OAuth) and standard security practices to protect the connection to your account.

7. Compliance with Google policies

Wistorix's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
