Every shared file in one list
Google Drive only shows who has access one file at a time. Wistorix reads the sharing settings of every file in one scan and filters them by status: public, shared with specific people, shared within your organization, or private.
Access grouped by email
The shared emails view lists every email that has access to your Drive, each with a file count and role (viewer, commenter or editor). Emails outside your organization are listed separately.

How to check shared files in Google Drive
- Scan your Drive. Install the Wistorix Chrome extension, sign in and run a scan. Scanning is free.
- Open shared emails. See how many files each email can open, starting with emails outside your organization.
- Revoke what's no longer needed. Select an email or a file and revoke access. Removing access doesn't delete the file and doesn't notify the person.

Can I see files other people shared with me?
Yes. Wistorix separates files you own from files shared with you, but only the owner can change a file's permissions.
Does revoking access notify the person?
No. Google Drive doesn't send a notification when you remove someone's access. They just can't open the file anymore.
Does it work with a personal Gmail account?
Yes. Wistorix works with personal Gmail accounts and Google Workspace accounts, and it doesn't need admin rights.
Is checking shared files free?
Yes. Scanning and viewing the list is always free.
